Ms. Gunjan Dalal

Hi, I’m Gunjan Dalal, a Counselling Psychologist and Dance Movement Psychotherapist with a holistic and client-centered approach to mental health care. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida, and a second Master’s in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from London University, where I also worked within the NHS setting. I believe emotional experiences are held not only in the mind, but also within the body, relationships, and everyday patterns of living. My therapeutic approach integrates verbal psychotherapy with movement-based and expressive techniques wherever appropriate, helping clients explore emotions, build self-awareness, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and challenges with emotional regulation and expression. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, psychodynamic understanding, and evidence-informed practices such as CBT. My goal is to create a non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel heard, safe, and empowered in their healing journey
