I am 60 years now. I was unable to fold my right leg and sit on floor . If I used to do , I faced difficulty in getting up.Though I m a yoga person.I thought now due to aging it was a lifelong agony. I went to Dr. Heena , she gave me therapy for 4 sessions with some tablets. She gave leech therapy and bhasm therapy around knee.
