Family Medicine and General Health Care As a family doctor, I am often the first doctor people consult. I manage common health problems such as fever, cold and cough, infections, body pains, stomach and digestion problems, headaches, weakness, dizziness, allergies, repeated illnesses, thyroid problems, anaemia, vitamin deficiencies, and general tiredness. I also help patients understand blood tests, scan reports, medicines, and treatment plans in simple language, so they feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Diabetes and Lifestyle-Related Health Problems A major part of my practice focuses on diabetes care. I help patients who are newly diagnosed, those struggling with sugar control, and those at risk of developing diabetes. Care includes guidance for high blood sugar, prediabetes, weight gain, high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, and fatty liver. I work closely with patients on practical lifestyle changes, food habits, physical activity, stress management, and medicines, with regular follow-ups to prevent long-term complications. Mental and Emotional Well-being I strongly believe that the mind and body are deeply connected. Many physical problems are made worse by stress, anxiety, or emotional strain. With advanced training in clinical psychology and counselling, I support patients dealing with constant stress, anxiety, low mood, mood swings, sleep problems, panic symptoms, emotional eating, health anxiety, and physical complaints that have no clear medical cause. Counselling is provided in a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Women’s Health Care I care for women facing concerns such as irregular or painful periods, heavy bleeding, hormonal imbalance, PCOD/PCOS, premenstrual symptoms, vaginal infections, white discharge, contraception guidance, and general reproductive health concerns. I focus on gentle explanations and long-term care rather than quick fixes. Child and Adolescent Health For children and teenagers, I manage common childhood illnesses, frequent infections, nutrition and growth concerns, anaemia, vitamin deficiencies, behavioural issues, academic stress, screen addiction, emotional difficulties, and adjustment problems during adolescence. Parents are guided with patience and clarity. Skin and Sexual Health I also manage common skin concerns such as acne, pimples, fungal infections, itching, hair fall, dandruff, and rashes. Sexual health concerns, including infections and counselling, are handled with complete confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect. Preventive and Long-Term Care Prevention is a key part of my practice. I provide routine health check-ups, lifestyle counselling, vaccination guidance, and early screening for chronic diseases, helping patients stay healthy rather than only treating illness. ⸻ My Approach My aim is to offer a safe, calm, and supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
