I am a physiotherapist specializing in spine care, scoliosis rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal pain management. I am an internationally certified Schroth Therapist—a specialized, globally recognized approach for the conservative management of scoliosis and spinal deformities. I am also trained in advanced manual therapy and exercise techniques, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Active Release Technique (ART), Positional Release Therapy (PRT – Jones Method), Mulligan therapy, muscle energy techniques, dry needling, and kinesiology taping. With over 9 years of clinical experience, I have treated adolescents and adults with scoliosis, kyphosis, chronic neck and back pain, postural disorders, post-surgical needs, and work-related musculoskeletal conditions. I have also delivered ergonomic and spine-care sessions for corporate and institutional settings, emphasizing injury prevention and long-term spinal health.
