His calm demeanour & effort to explain in detail all aspects of the issue & related medical treatments available, assures the patient that s/he is in good hands. Before even meeting in person he provided me consultation on an emergency basis. Very few doctors would do so without any appointment. On, first in-person consultation, given his approach I was convinced of going ahead with surgery without any apprehensions. Despite his experience he didn't trivialize my issue & gave importance to my queries, confusions, & fear regarding effects of the surgery. The entire process went smooth, almost painless, & he constantly guided through all these. He even helped us manouvre the hospital paperworks smoothly.
