I recently visited Dr. Mallya’s 32 Pearls dental clinic for two major treatments: removal of an impacted wisdom tooth and the start of my clear-aligner journey. Dr Kanchana performed my wisdom tooth extraction with great care. She patiently explained each step pre-operative assessment, anaesthesia, and post care instructions. The procedure was smooth, significantly less painful than I anticipated, with minimal swelling afterward. I felt well taken care of and in safe hands. Following the extraction, I began my aligner treatment under her supervision. Dr Kanchana discussed treatment goals and timeline clearly, and showed me the digital models of the planned tooth movements. She’s attentive and ensures each aligner fits comfortably. My first set was delivered promptly, and I already feel confident about my journey to a straighter smile.
