I hold a Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Postgraduate degree in Swasthavritta & Yoga (specializing in Diet, Nutrition, and Yoga) from the All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi. Additionally, I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition from IGMPI. I have actively participated in numerous workshops focusing on patient management through Panchakarma and Nasya therapies.
Throughout my career, I have attended several seminars and delivered paper presentations on topics such as "Two Meals in Hypothyroidism," "Spirituality through Yoga," and "Rasayana in Non-Communicable Diseases." My research and insights have been published in UGC care journals.
I am deeply passionate about my practice and committed to helping patients heal through the holistic approach of Ayurveda.
