I am a counseling psychologist and PhD scholar with over five years of clinical and research experience working closely with children, students, and families. My work sits at the intersection of child development and family dynamics, with a strong focus on how generational experiences shape parenting styles, emotional patterns, and a child’s growth journey. What truly defines my approach is the generational lens I bring into practice. I help parents not only understand their child’s behaviour and needs, but also reflect on their own upbringing and lived experiences. This dual perspective often becomes a powerful turning point, allowing families to build deeper connections, communicate with greater empathy, and move forward with clarity rather than conflict. My practice blends evidence-based assessments with warmth and relatability. I design and use developmental screening tools, parent–child relationship scales, and home-based interventions that are thoughtfully adapted to the Indian family context. These tools help translate psychological insights into everyday understanding and practical action within the home. Beyond individual sessions, I am passionate about creating spaces where honest conversations can unfold. Through parent mixers, workshops, and one-on-one counseling, I encourage openness and vulnerability as strengths that foster growth, trust, and emotional resilience. With five years of hands-on experience, my research and clinical work are guided by one core belief: when parents understand themselves better, children thrive.
