Dr. Paresh Bang sir best spine surgeon in Nagpur. Paresh sir is so polite and humble while taking to him all the tension goes away. I was facing issue with my back severe pain for couple of months later it was diagnosed as potts spine. After meeting with paresh sir the proper line of treatment was started. In sep and oct month the pain was so deadly i couldn't handle so sir recommended biopsy to find actual cause of pain and under his guidance i admitted to MAX hospital in nagpur for the biopsy and in November after doing biopsy the picture was clear with us and accordingly the treatment was started. But as my treatment started late the abcess was spread all over my D9 and D10 vertibra causing intense pain. Paresh sir gave option either we can operate it or we can wait for the medicine would work but due to intense pain I choose to operate. Paresh sir with his team operate on 15th dec 2025 and clear as much access he can from the effective area and fix my vertibra. The operation was done very well as paresh sir is excellent surgeon, my pain was gone everything was good but later i got a problem with the wound it was not healing leading to a sinus. For this he recommended Dr. Nitin shinde department of medicine for proper medication. There I come to know I was facing IRIS issue which is a condition where our immune system does not work properly. Causing the abcess creation more. From Jan to March Paresh Sir recommended me Vac machine so the wound will heal faster and daily dressing was started. In this 3 months of span many problems come across like daily dressing, Vac machine and also in feb I have to admit again for debridement of skin as the abcess was not cleared. In this span Dr paresh was standing with me as a piller of hope and he take care of wound for the months so well untill it heals. At last I would like to tell that Dr paresh sir is a wonderful surgeon and person.
