He completed his MBBS with distinction in Physiology, and went on to pursue his MD in Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine from the prestigious Government Medical College, Chandigarh, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. In addition, he holds certification in Diabetes and Metabolic Care Disorders from the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), UK.
