I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shruti Thar. First of all, I think she is a brilliant physician and surgeon. But, what really makes her stand out is how she makes her patients feel at ease and that she spends as much time with the patient till the patient is satisfied. She was my sister's OBGY. She was incredibly thorough in not only asking her about her history, but in explaining all her options.Despite the unusual circumstances of going through this experience during the current pandemic, she made her feel at ease throughout the entire duration of my sister's pregnancy and delivery. She has always been very responsive to all my sister's questions and addressing all her concerns in a calm and timely manner. I think the highest compliment one can give a doctor is that they treat a patient like a member of their family and Dr. Shruti Thar did that for my sister.
