I was suffering from sleep apnea from last few years and was very negligent towards it initially. But slowly it started affecting my day to day life , I was feeling sleepy during the day and my sleep cycle got really worse. I visited sangole madam in december 2024 and after the diagnosis , she has suggested me to following surgeries to get relief from sleep apnea; 1.TONSILLECTOMY WITH PHARYNGOPLASTY 2.BILATERAL FESS WITH SEPTOPLASTY 3.ADENOIDECTOMY COBLATION ( this is required in my case ) I was very hestiant at first to go under the knife, but it was necessary to get back to Normal sleep and a better life.
