Dr. Vatsal Khetan

Dr. Vatsal Khetan is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports injuries, with a particular focus on knee and shoulder conditions. With over 12 years of experience, he is the founder of the Khetan Knee N Shoulder Clinic in Gorakhpur, where he provides advanced, patient-focused care to help individuals regain mobility and return to an active lifestyle. Dr. Khetan began his medical journey by earning his MBBS degree from Gujarat University in 2014. Driven by a passion for orthopedics, he completed his MS in Orthopedics in 2018 and subsequently pursued fellowship training in knee replacement and sports injury management under the guidance of renowned experts Dr. Nilen Shah and Dr. Anant Joshi in Mumbai. To gain international exposure, he undertook an MCh in knee joint and knee replacement through the Edge Hill program, honing his skills at Rotherham District Hospital, UK, and further specialized in shoulder surgery through a dedicated sports fellowship. In 2022, he enhanced his expertise by obtaining a Diploma in Sports Medicine accredited by the International Olympic Committee, reflecting his commitment to comprehensive care for athletes and individuals with sports-related injuries.
