Step 1- You must open the Cowin portal after successfully vaccinating.
Step 2- Enter your mobile number, name, and other essential details like your Aadhaar card, pan card, or passport (whichever you used to book your slot).Step 3- After getting access to your certificate in the portal, you simply have to click on the "covid certificate download" icon to successfully download it on your device. You can also use Aarogya to download, but a COWIN certificate is preferred.
Link Passport
You can link your passport with your Covid-19 vaccination certificate in the Cowin portal by following some lengthy yet simple steps:-
Step 1- Open the official portal of Cowin by using the link.
Step 2- Hit the "Sign in/ registration" button. After doing so, you will reach the registration page.
Step 3- Enter your correct mobile number on the registration page and click on the icon "Get OTP."
Step 4- Fill in the six-digit OTP you have received on your device. Now hit the "Verify & Proceed" icon to move further.
Step 5- After being verified, you will reach the page where you have to click on the "Raise an Issue" button.
Step 6- Now, after your screen displays multiple options, select the option which says "Add Passport Details"
Step 7- Press the "Submit a request" icon to successfully submit your request to link your passport to your vaccine certificate.
Step 8- After some time, if all the information provided by you is up to the mark, your request will be approved.
Phone Number Change

After successfully taking both or at least the first dose of your covid vaccine, you can get access to your vaccination certificate and can change your details, like your phone number.
