We now send interactive messages on Whatsapp so that patients could respond weather they would be visiting for the follow up right from Whatsapp with a tap of button. And Immediately doctor would get the status updates in their follow up queue.
As seen in above screenshots, with just a single tap, patients can let doctors know if they would be coming, book slot, or even reschedule. This would visible on doctor’s follow up queue as soon as patient replies to the messages. Doctors could know directly from their follow up queues, if a patient would be coming, or if they have cancelled or rescheduled.
